Estate agency and property management experience is
essential to work within this role, which is predominantly an accountancy and
book keeping clerk position with additional office and administration duties.
Because we are a small independent estate agency, we would prefer applicants
with a small business mentality, willing to work within a close team with
excellent communication skills. Experience required in Sage Accounting and CFP
Winman or Premise property management software (or similar) and a knowledge of
property management procedures is essential.
