Cavendish Cancer Care Benefit from Developer Generosity - #Sheffield

Broadfield Holdings Developers have joined forces with The Master Cutler’s Challenge and Cavendish Cancer Care by pledging to donate £250 each time one of the properties sell at their new development in Woodseats Road. The warehouse conversion apartments, which start at prices from £105,000, are for sale with Spencers Estate Agents on 0114 2683682, or head to www.SpencersEstateAgents.co.uk for more information.

Cavendish Cancer Care’s representative and senior fund raiser, Sally Eustace who previously worked with Spencers, met with Nicola Spencer of Spencers, and Project Manager Peter Revell to meet the first buyer on site after a very successful open weekend. The Cavendish Centre offers help both to those who have previously received treatment for cancer and those caring for them. “We will see people at any time if their lives have been affected by a diagnosis of cancer and they have on-going concerns that are unresolved, even if this is many years later. All people have to do is pick up the phone and make an appointment; they do not require a referral from anyone and most importantly our care is given free.”

The relationship with The Master Cutler’s Challenge and Master Cutler Pam Liversidge began in March 2012 and gives people the opportunity to raise vital funds through entrepreneurial and innovative ideas for a dedicated period.

Philip Prince of Broadfield Holdings has worked with various Sheffield charities and saw this opportunity to give with the recent completion of his Centenary Works development. “We can spend our lives striving for more for our families but when you are in a good place, and have had certain experiences, you just want to give a little back in your own way. The Master Cutler’s Challenge is all about encouraging people to find ways to develop entrepreneurial spirit, and Cavendish Care is about invaluable care for those with cancer in their lives. I want to be as supportive as I can.”

The open weekend for Centenary Works went very well with several interested parties booked to come back and many potential buyers booked in for a personalised tour. Contact Nicola Spencer of Spencers on 0114 2683682 for further information or head to www.SpencersEstateAgents.co.uk to see the apartments and the details of the on-trend show flat.
