As Nicola Spencer, our Co-Director, has studied Interior
Design, we thought it would be a good idea to offer her services to our vendors
whose houses are taking a little longer to sell, to see if she can offer advice
on a "house doctor" basis. Now, Nicola does not claim to be Laurence
Llowelyn-Bowen, thank goodness, but can offer sensible ways on how better to
present your house to entice interest from viewers. And it really does work.
Please bear in mind that all opinions are strictly about
trying to sell your house and you should be aware that those who are easily

See below for a house that was house doctored recently, which has now completed,
at more money than the original asking price!
Feedback from many of the viewings was that this house in
S11 was tired and felt studenty, as it had been rented, and that the kitchen was
dated with no storage. For a small price the whole house has been updated,
dressed, and a new kitchen installed. SOLD!
