Happy New Year!
We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our clients, past, present and future, a very happy and prosperous 2012. Nicola and Lee would like to see a healthy, positive attitude towards property, and to the property sales market in 2012, and hope that all will agree that, as consumers, we are the ones who can help the economy recover through growth and sensible spending. We have a fantastic relationship with a Financial Advisor, who can offer very sensible ideas in financing going forwards, or in refinancing, if your circumstances have changed. If you would like any help at all at this time and would like us to introduce you to Matt then we are more than happy to do so.
We have so much going on this year, with a new website being designed as we speak, with new brochure styles, with a whole new software system installed and training having already started. We shall be keeping with the Spencers branding that is so well known in the city and we have the same staff with a great outlook on the future for the company. We are looking forward to the market remaining steady and strengthening through the year, which we believe it will.
