We are finally starting to see some really positive press on the property market nationwide. With news coming in from the RICS and NFOPP that the market is starting to see more activity there is a positive buzz around with a good vibe heading towards the end of the year.

At Spencers Estate Agents in Sheffield we have had a very busy start to the week with nine offers coming in already and one offer having to close to final bids to reach a conclusion.
