Spencers Agents Ltd are introducing QR codes to all For Sale boards taking people directly via their mobile phone to full brochure details for the property! Quick Response codes work in the same way that a bar code, or product code, would work to purchase an item. All you need is an application on your iPhone, Blackberry, HTC, iPad, or other modern android mobile phone which scans the ‘bar code’ and takes you straight to the brochure. In our modern society we are all leading such busy lives and live now in an environment where, when we would like information, we would like it right now! This way any passer-by can get immediate access to the property information including the price, floor plans, measurements, and internal specification.
